Who are the Lutherans?

Who are the Lutherans? What do they believe, teach and confess? What makes them tick? What makes them unique? I am blessed to serve Christ's church in Strongsville, Ohio. Most people, in the area that I serve, have no idea what the Lutheran Church is all about. It is my intention by God's grace to get the Word out about the Lutheran church.
